Many older PDFs carry a broken or missing text layer — you can see the page, but you can’t search a word of it. IlmKosh rasterizes each page and runs cloud OCR that reads upright and italic Gujarati, ornate Arabic, Nastaliq Urdu, Hindi, and English alike.
The recovered text powers search and stays private on your device. Tap any result and the reader opens right at the passage, highlighted in place.
Grounded AI answers
Ask a question. Get an answer only from your books.
Type a natural question — even in Romanized Gujarati like “ilm vishe shu kahevayu che.” IlmKosh reads the relevant passages from your own library and answers from those alone, with a citation on every claim that opens the source page.
